After a number of years with sex only a couple of times a year, I sat down and explained to my wife that I wasn't going to live like that anymore. It was not intended as much as a threat (of leaving) as fair warning. She complied because I was ready to pack my bags and leave if she wasn't willing to at least work on it. I have to say that the sex is not particularly rewarding. I hoped that the "spirit" would just improve over time. It hasn't. I am now trying "THE Man's Guide to Great Relationships and Marriage."
